The Last Penny, a Locust Point cocktail bar at 1401 Decatur St. which opened in 2022, has hit the market.
The sale of the approximately 1,800 sq. ft. building includes a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor. The bar will remain open until a new buyer takes over.
“We’ve enjoyed our experience running the The Last Penny and meeting so many of our Locust Point neighbors, but we are ready to find someone who can take it to the next level,” said Owner Dipal Patel. “We will continue to stay open until we do so.”
The Last Penny features a bar, several tables in the back, a small kitchen, and refrigeration in the basement.
