First spotted by City Paper, the listing advertises a “very unique opportunity to purchase a converted barge that has two bars, large pool, bathhouse and food prep areas…The possibilities are endless!” Well, the Tiki Barge is actually 120 ft. by 40 ft., but you get the point.
And best of all, the owner won’t be faced with the guilt of having taken the Tiki Barge away from Inner Harbor’s many merry mariners. Owner Dan Noar tells Baltimore Business Journal that a Tiki Barge will still open for business in April, whether it’s an updated vessel, or the one that’s currently up for sale.
That’s right, folks. If a local buyer ponies up, the harbor could one day be home to…two Tiki Barges!
