Live Baltimore will host its fourth homebuying incentive event of 2015, from which ten $5,000 downpayment and closing cost grants will be made available. The event will include walking tours of Northwest Baltimore’s historic Ashburton neighborhood; as well as a city-living fair with representatives from Baltimore City Housing, the State of Maryland, mortgage lenders, real estate brokerages, and area neighborhood groups. For the first time, tours will be self-guided— featuring recorded narrations via ‘Guide by Cell’ technology.

WHY: Attendance at this event makes homebuyers eligible to apply for $5,000 in downpayment and closing cost assistance from the City of Baltimore.
