When Tom Clancy’s former Baltimore penthouse went up for sale last year, it was the most expensive piece of property listed on the local market at $12 million.
Shockingly enough, no one appeared to snap up the apartment. Now, the price has gotten slashed to a mere $8.7 million, nearly 30 percent less than it was back last fall. “It’s time to make something happen,” Shawn Breck of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty told the Wall Street Journal.
The penthouse, which occupies one of the top floors of the Ritz Carlton Residences, still comes with six terraces, three semi-private elevators, a gym, a home theater, three parking spaces, and stunning Harbor views crammed into its 12,000 square feet. And now it’s practically a bargain!
