Hunt Valley Towne Centre will have a new artisan bakery this winter when TOUS les JOURS opens on the lower level.
The French-Asian inspired artisan bakery will have a variety of breads, sandwiches, Korean cakes, pastries, and a selection of teas and specialty-brewed iced and hot coffees, including lavender lattes and café mochas.

Hunt Valley Towne Centre has two other bakeries. Vaccaro’s Italian Pastry Shop, which opened its original store in Little Italy in 1956, has two other locations including the Hunt Valley shop. Kyo Matcha is a Japanese organic matcha tea and pastry shop with five locations in Maryland, including the Hunt Valley location.
TOUS les JOURS will be the only French-Asian bakery in the shopping center at Hunt Valley, and there are ten other locations in Maryland.
The café will occupy a 1,667-square-foot space between The Good Feet Store and Quickway. The shopping center welcomes nearly seven million customers every year, placing it among the top 98% of shopping centers in the United States according to Placer.ai.
