toysrusA SWAT team was called to the Towson Place Toys-R-Us on Wednesday after the store was robbed. The suspect was found hiding inside a box.

According to information released by police Wednesday, 45-year-old Elbert Crump walked into the store with a gun and demanded money around 1:40 p.m. While he was taking the money, several people in the store called police.

When Crump went to exit the store, he saw the police outside. So, he turned around and went back in. At 3 p.m., the SWAT team went in. As many parents of Toys-R-Us have probably done, police found their man hiding in a box.

Crump didn’t take any hostages, and no shots were fired in the incident.
