Baltimore County’s biggest end-of-summer party is back. The Trifecta Food Truck & Music Festival returns for its eighth year on Saturday, September 20, 2025, bringing a full day of food, music, and family fun to the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium.

Trifecta, Maryland’s largest food truck festival, will feature 30+ food trucks, 50 local vendors, and a lineup of 12 bands across two stages. Its’s a flavor-and-sound explosion – think smokey barbecue, crab cakes, tacos, bacon on a stick, and sweet treats, paired with a high-energy lineup of live music that keeps the vibe going all day.

This year’s performers include:

  • Almost Queen – The Amazing Tribute to Queen
  • Ed Hough’s Allman Brothers Collective (featuring Ed Hough, Mike Gambone, Dave Markowitz, Jonathan Sloane, Ed Tetreault, and Bobby Thompson)
  • Unforgettable Fire – U2 Tribute
  • Kelly Bell Band – Celebrating 30 Years of Phat Blues
  • Psycho Killers – Talking Heads Tribute
  • Petty Coat Junction – Tribute to Tom Petty
  • The Regal Beagles – Yacht Rock Band
  • Never Never – Featuring ¾ of the original lineup (Spike, Ronnie, Lee & Tim)
  • The Players Band – Jamaican Ska & Regga
  • Social Drinking – 80s/90s Rock
  • Moran Tripp Band – Southern / Roots Rock
  • Stages Music Arts Student Band

In addition to food and music, the festival offers plenty of activities, including axe throwing, a mechanical bull, a rock climbing wall, bounce houses, and shaded dining tents. Kids 12 and under get in free, and parking is also free. Longtime media partner 98 Rock will be broadcasting live with a wacky side show featuring stupid human tricks, a human piñata, and more.

“Finding the perfect balance between throwing a big party with quality food trucks, the best local bands, and providing a space for the entire family to enjoy was the goal,” said festival founder Paul Manna of 24-7 Entertainment. “So many of Maryland’s most popular events are held in the city. I feel Baltimore County deserves a large-scale event like this they can call their own.”

Since its debut in 2016, Trifecta has become a highlight of the region’s festival calendar. Rosa Gargano, of Wanna Pizza This and president of the Maryland Mobile Food Truck Association, agrees: “We serve at all major events in Baltimore. Trifecta is the best food truck event of the year!”

The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on September 20. Tickets, food truck list, and full details are available at trifectafestival.com.
