Baltimore Green Works hosts its Sixth Annual EcoBall, a farm-to-table Top Chef-style competition and party for the eco-minded, on Friday, October 17. Baltimoreโs bounty of local farmers have donated food for Stratford University student chefs to create sustainable dishes to be enjoyed by party goers. Eat, drink and be merry while dancing to the live band Mook. Bid on cool silent auction items with the proceeds supporting Baltimore Green Workโs Sustainable Speaker Series.

Sounds delicious!

One of the things that I love about Baltimore, is the fact that we are a city of firsts. This is a wonderful idea to insure that the next generation of creative chefs will keep sustainability in their thoughts as they navigate their culinary careers, while supporting our local farmers. The fact that this is the 6th year, says a lot. Go Baltimore! You ROCK.
