Second Chance is known as Baltimore’s spot for vintage goods that also trains people from the community in deconstruction. Upworthy’s Maz Ali highlights the company’s “triple bottom line” approach, which puts just as much emphasis on maximizing people’s livelihood and the environment as it does on profits.
