Vote Port Discovery as a Top Museum for Families in USA Today Readers’ Choice Poll

Port Discovery Children’s Museum is competing to be named a Top 10 Museum for Families in the country in a USA Today 10 Best Readers’ Choice Poll. Fans of the Museum are invited to vote once per day until voting ends on Monday, March 27th at Noon.  A family of travel experts selected Port Discovery as one of the top 20 Museums for Families for offering “engaging, interactive experiences for kids and adults alike.”

With nominees including Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, the Boston Children’s Museum and the Exploratorium in San Francisco,Port Discovery is the only Baltimore-area attraction nominated for this award, and is distinguished as one of the nation’s premier destinations for early childhood learning, purposeful play, and cognitive development for children of all ages.

In addition to USA TODAY, Port Discovery has recently been named one of the Top 5 Children’s Museums in Maryland to Explore by Traveling Moms Blog (2017) and has previously earned a spot on Fodor’s Travel’s list of the Top 10 Children’s Museums in the US (2016), and Forbes’ list of Top Museums in the Nation (2012).
