Um, so it rained a lot yesterday. So much so that at least one Dumpster broke free of its earthly tethers and merrily floated down the street. The video is by one of our favorite local photographers, Noah Scialom (check out his Instagram!), who says he shot the video “on Falls [Road] down by the ACLU offices, standing next to some firefighters with their boat ready for rescue.” Pretty crazy.
