Whether Ray Lewis will be immortalized as a Hall of Famer will continue to be argued over, but another honor has been settled: on Saturday, Lewis was impersonated in a “Saturday Night Live” sketch.
Kenan Thompson suited up as the iconic Raven and sobbed and screamed his way through an interview with Weekend Update host Seth Meyers. It’s a pretty decent bit — especially considering how unfunny SNL has been lately. Meyers does his standard stilted, constantly-about-to-break delivery, but Thompson more than makes up for it with his manic, emotional take on Lewis.
For me the best part is what Thompson-Lewis says will occur at the 50-yard line if the Ravens win. Watch here.
