The normally placid scene on Quarry Lake was pierced by boats and choppers on Tuesday, as a new mystery emerged in Baltimore.
According to CBS Baltimore, the FBI and Baltimore County Police were searching the lake, and they brought a dive team along. The authorities wouldn’t say what they were looking for, only dropping a hint that it was not a body.
Even if the search was secret, the FBI couldn’t hide their presence to onlookers. Blue Stoke Park remained open, and commerce continued as normal at the shops and offices nearby. Tuesday marked the end of a two-day search, so now we’ll have to wait to see what they found — if anything.
