The engineering and architecture firm Whitman, Requardt, and Associates, LLP (WRA) is returning to Harbor East.
The firm has signed a lease on the sixth floor of the boutique office building at 1000 Lancaster St. They continue to hold a headquarters at 801 S. Caroline St. in Fells Point.
“The Harbor East location is strategically located blocks from our headquarters, making it ideal for team collaboration and to support our continued growth in Baltimore, while also symbolizing our proud legacy and contributions to this waterfront district,” WRA wrote in a statement.
The office tower’s full-height windows with harbor views – as well as the building’s proximity to local shops, restaurants, the Whole Foods Market, and the waterfront promenade – make the location “an ideal setting for both employees and clients,” the firm said.
“WRA is a valued tenant of ours, and we look forward to welcoming them back to Harbor East,” Harbor East president Tim O’Donald said in a statement. “Their return signifies the continued leasing momentum in the area, and we are excited to build a long-term relationship for many years to come.”
Harbor East tenants include commercial real estate agency CBRE, law firm Gallagher Evelius & Jones, and CPA and business consulting firm Ellin & Tucker, among others.
