Baltimore loves their seafood, that’s for sure! Baltimore also loves all the wonderful local restaurants that truly make this city one of the best places for foodies to live or visit. Why the Baltimore Seafood Festival? Baltimoreans are so proud of their crab cakes, crab soup, shrimp salad, local oysters, and of course, Maryland blue crabs. It seems fitting to host a waterfront festival showcasing some of Baltimore’s favorite restaurants serving their signature seafood dishes! Toss in refreshing drinks, live music by Strykers Posse (reggae band) and Super Bueno (cover band), cooking demos, and an area for families with toys, games, face painting and more, and you have the Baltimore Seafood Festival – the only large scale seafood festival in Baltimore City.

Join B Scene Events & Promotions for the Inaugural Baltimore Seafood Festival taking place Saturday, September 20th from 12pm to 6pm at the Canton Waterfront Park.  A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Downtown Baltimore Family Alliance. The event is expected to sellout in advance as space is limited.

  5. Hey, I was born withing shouting distance of this venue (at the former Women’s Hospital), and my grandmother taught me to pick crabs in her back yard not far away. Free tix? I hope so!
    Also, I can publicize the event by tweeting or mailing hundreds of friends and followers to come to the festival. I would do that if I had tix.
