Amy Hessel, former executive chef at The Tilted Row in Bolton Hill, has been named the new executive chef for Hotel Revival Baltimore.
The 107-room hotel at 101 W. Monument St. is part of the New Waterloo portfolio of properties. Hessel is a Baltimore native who attended Baltimore International College and has a strong following in her hometown.
In her new position, Hessel will oversee culinary operations for Topside, the hotelโs rooftop restaurant; Dashery, its cafรฉ; and B-Side Cocktails and Karaoke. Guests will have a chance to experience some of her additions to Topsideโs menu during Baltimoreโs Summer Restaurant Week, July 19 to 28.
