Baseball players are used to bobbleheads bearing their likeness, but now that HBO actors are getting into them itโ€™s time to move onto something new. Orioles skipper and lifelong white guy Buck Showalter is carving out a new trend with the garden gnome.

During last nightโ€™s Oโ€™s-Astroโ€™s game, the birds revealed the Buck Showalter Garden Gnome. The figurine commemorates Showalterโ€™s award as 2014 Manager of the Year.

The wait is over. It’s time to #SHOWtheGnome!

We already knew it was coming thanks to Deadspinโ€™s excellent markup of the season giveaways calendar at Camden Yards. But the reveal was no less thrilling, especially since they gave us a rear view.

For those keeping score at home, June 27 is the day that the first 25,000 fans receive the gnome manager.
