Event Pick: Peabody Heights throws a party for its new Thomas Dolby-inspired trash wheel brew

Tonight, Waverly’s Peabody Heights Brewery debuts its newest creation, the long-windedly titled “Professor Trash Wheel Blinded Me Wit Science.” The Belgian wit is named for–you guessed it–the 1982 hit song that launched Baltimore-dwelling musician and professor Thomas Dolby’s popular career, as well as the Ph.D-holding, garbage-eating robot that lives at Canton’s waterfront.
