Crafts, daffodils and gnomes. Those are the themes of just a few events this weekend, and it sounds like the makings of a creative spring weekend to me. Around the city and live from your couch, be sure to check out a pair of art events, and an album release show from a local Americana artist. Here’s the weekend lineup. Make it your own:

Baltimore Craft Week: Through April 18, virtual. The online marketplace features artists from Baltimore and around the country. Events will offer curated shopping and a chance to hear from artists throughout the week.

Patterson Park: The Jewel of Baltimore’s Eastside: 1 p.m. on Friday, April 16, virtual. In the Virtual Histories series, Baltimore City Rec and Parks’ Tim Almaguer traces the origin and growth of Patterson Park and the Olmsteds’ vision for the site.
