Two male firefighters with the Reistertown Volunteer Fire Company are being investigated for sexual misconduct, according to Baltimore County officials.
The firefighters, who weren’t named, were suspended without pay on Thursday. They were also searched, officials said. No charges were immediately filed.
The investigation into the allegations began in January. One of the men is an EMT, and the other is an EMT/Firefighter. Neither man was in a leadership role.
The investigation is expected to conclude within the “next few weeks.”
