It may be hard to accept, but the holidays are right around the corner. Soon, we’ll be taking those fifteen last-minute trips to the store for the forgotten bag of almonds, two apples, stick of butter or 1/4 cup of flour. We’ll begin plotting the best ways to take down our fellow man the morning after we’ve given thanks for all we have, in the name of well-priced electronics. Then come the gifts, the chocolates, the lights, the poor trees that give their lives so we may be stressed for a month.
