Maryland has always been home to Shannon. Raised in Harford County and a longtime resident of Baltimore City, Shannon currently resides in Baltimore County.
A 2005 Graduate of the College of Notre Dame of MD University, she majored in Communications and Business. She began her career working for a healthcare company performing market research advisory boards for pharmaceutical companies and hosting top oncology doctors. She continued her career path at The Baltimore Sun Media Group where she worked for several years in the marketing and advertising departments. In 2015, Shannon’s passion for Real Estate led her to Krauss Real Property Brokerage.
Shannon provides positive energy, strong negotiation skills and is extremely conscientious of the details. She immerses herself personally in each deal and dedicates herself to ensure each client has an enjoyable experience. She is deeply fulfilled by the lasting relationships that are created in the process.
In her “free” time you will find her spending time with her two young children, husband and dog, Daisy. There may even be a slight chance you will run into her at the grocery store. She enjoys working out, coaching her daughter’s sports teams, playing tennis with her Dad and taking trips to the beach.
