It’s last call for a night of Bad Decisions. After moving to a new location, a Fells Point cocktail spot is set to close next month.
Bad Decisions will shut down in February, owner John Reusing wrote on Facebook. The announcement follows its relocation over the summer to the Get Down’s former space on Bond St., which was much bigger than the original.
“It was a terrible fall/winter season and between that and the forced move from the original location I ran out of money,” the Facebook post said.
The bar opened in 2008. W a sprawling, handwritten cocktail menu and neighborhood feel, the bar got attention in Baltimore and beyond at its original Fleet St. location, including TV appearances. There were bacon nights and a bitcoin ATM. The name also helped.
Until selling over the summer, Reusing also owned Ostrowski’s sausage shop next door.
The last day will be Feb. 19.
“So come in for a last visit or to get a tee shirt. Stay tuned here for our last couple of events and to see where the bar staff ends up working,” the Facebook posts reads.
