A man who works for Baltimore County allegedly took photos up womenโs dresses at the York Rd. Safeway in Towson, police said.
David Wayne Sayler, who works for the County Department of Aging, drew attention of the store manager, who called police. Over a few weeks, Sayler followed women in the store and took cell phone pictures up their dresses. Police observed one of the incidents on June 1.
Police said Sayler admitted to the allegations. When they searched his car, police found several bags of marijuana. Sayler was arrested on prurient intent and drug possession charges, and released on $10,000 bail.

I wonder if the fool used a selfie stick?
Great photo even without a smile
At least it was not a snatch and grab.
