From the rescheduled Heart of the 4th festival, to concerts by musicians like DaBaby and Tate McRae, there are plenty of ways to enjoy Baltimore.

Astronauts and Aquanauts Bike Party, Friday, Aug. 29, 7 p.m., St. Mary’s Park. Meet up with fellow bicycling enthusiasts at St. Mary’s Park, then join in an astronauts and aquanauts-themed ride around the streets of Baltimore together. Afterwards, there will be a waterfront dance party at Point Park.
Miryokucon, Friday, Aug. 29, through Sunday, Aug. 31, Lord Baltimore Hotel. Enthusiasts of anime, video games, and Japanese pop culture won’t want to miss Miryokucon. The convention will feature tons of vendors, cosplayers, performances, and more.
Heart of the 4th, Saturday, Aug. 30, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Dewees Park. After a previous cancellation, the Heart of the 4th Music & Arts Festival is back on in a new location. Children’s African Festival, Saturday, Aug. 30, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., Sankofa Children’s Museum of African Cultures. The 5th annual Children’s African Festival will feature live cultural performances, traditional African food, games, arts and crafts, and more.
Saturday Nite Rave, Saturday, Aug. 30, 6 p.m., Ottobar. Presented by Club BASSMODE, Saturday Nite Rave celebrates the return of classic Saturday night con-style anime raves.
DaBaby and More, Saturday, Aug. 30, doors open at 7 p.m., event begins at 8 p.m., CFG Bank Arena. VOICES presents this Summer Shutdown Labor Day 2025 concert, featuring performances by rappers and singers Toosii, DaBaby, Fridayy, and other special guests. The event will be hosted by DJ Quicksilva and Persia Nicole.
Alexander the Pretty Good, Saturday, Aug. 30, 7 p.m., Black Cherry Puppet Theater. “Alexander the Pretty Good,” who describes himself as “a really decent mind-reader,” will perform this magically mesmerizing show.
Wild Water Splash Days, Saturday, Aug. 30, through Monday, Sept. 1, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Maryland Zoo. Cool off with water slides, splash pads, bounce houses, and other fun at the Maryland Zoo over Labor Day weekend.
Tate McRae, Sunday, Aug. 31, doors open at 6 p.m., event begins at 7 p.m., CFG Bank Arena. Canadian singer-songwriter and “So You Think You Can Dance” finalist Tate McRae is coming to Baltimore as part of her Miss Possessive Tour.
August Wilson’s The Piano Lesson, Sunday, Aug. 31 through Sunday, September 28, Everyman Theatre. This award-winning American classic, presented as part of Baltimore’s August Wilson Celebration, opens August 31 with a special pay-what-you-choose performance.
