Baltimore Whiskey Company is just one of the tenants lined up for Union Collective, due to open later this spring, in Medfield.

On April 28, it will bid farewell to its Sisson Street home with a party, the distillery announced today. There will be food, drinks and, most importantly, bottles of the second batch of Epoch Rye.

It’s the first rye distilled in the city in decades, you know. We had a taste of the first batch, and it’s quite good. There was a long, snaking line out the door for the release of the historic hooch last month, so you might want to get there on the early side.

But Baltimore Whiskey Company also says they “have more bottles to go around this time.”

The party will run from noon to 6 p.m.
