The long-awaited civil trial pitting the owner and managers of the ship that hit the Francis Scott Key Bridge and people who suffered damages from the incident will have to wait even longer.
U.S. District Judge James Bredar delayed the trial in the civil case against Grace Ocean Private and Synergy Marine Group in an attempt to make proceedings more efficient.
Both the entities suing the companies and the companies themselves asked for a stay in the case.
