A new after-work party spot is debuting in Baltimore next week. The Baltimore Museum of Art is opening its doors for fun among the galleries.
Art After Hours is a new event that debuts on Friday, Jan. 15, from 7-10 p.m. It’s modeled off a host of similar events that aims to bring folks into the museum by offering drinks and activities. Plus, it provides a chance for those of us who work during the day to check out the museum.
In characteristic fashion, the BMA has some great offerings lined up. The beloved blacksauce Kitchen may be on Sunday farmer’s market hiatus, but they’ll be at the museum next Friday along with Haute Mess Kitchen. Waverly Brewing Company will be serving up drinks. Cajun band The Crawdaddies will provide the music. There will also be an opportunity to build a giant fort.
