Ah Roland Park…one of our favorite neighborhoods. You can stroll the tree-lined streets past gracious Georgian mansions, cedar-shingled Victorians, and enormous stone walled estates.
Just north of Northern Parkway is St. George’s Road in North Roland Park. One of the most beautiful streets in Baltimore, it also includes a variety of home styles – mostly large. But at the end of the road lies something wholly unique.
Perhaps you love the neighborhood, but want something smaller. Much smaller – one level living in fact, but with character and privacy. Maybe even a pool.
Welcome to 1020 St. Georges Road. A classic example of California Contemporary design, the home was built in 1970 and features many of the style’s characteristics including distinctive low roof lines, large, tall windows with minimal trim, extensive use of natural light and an open floor plan in an T shape that embraces the outdoor space.
