The holidays are a great excuse for DIY shopping, but it’s not the only time Charm City Craft Mafia organizes a big browse-a-thon.
On Saturday, April 30, the group is hosting a market for makers. The event, called Buzz, is set to run from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at St. John’s Church (2640 St. Paul St.)
Previously called Pile of Craft, the rebranding appears to reflect the recent conversation in economic development circles lately around returning Baltimore to its roots as a home of making stuff. Saturday’s event is as good a place as any to see the small outfits that are the backbone of this movement.
It’s free to attend.
