The new luxury dinner and a movie concept, CinéBistro at The Rotunda, officially opened its doors to the public last night at an event benefiting local non-profit Art With a Heart. The cinema and in-theater dining experience developed by Cobb Theatres is the first of its kind in Baltimore.
“We are proud to open our concept in Baltimore and introduce luxury in-theatre dining to the area. We know that our delicious culinary options and state-of-the-art theaters will add a new vitality to the local dining and entertainment scene,” said Fred Meyers, Vice President of CinéBistro.
The 33,000-square-foot cinema complex combines a movie-going experience with full-service, in-theater dining for ages 21 and over. The chef-driven menu is presented, ordered and delivered seat-side by the wait staff.
CinéBistro’s seven theaters are equipped with the latest technology, featuring state-of-the-art movie viewing capabilities including 4k digital cinema technology and 7.1 sound quality. CinéBistro offers reserved seating in cozy, over-sized leather love seats, with reclining seat backs. Guests must arrive at the theater 30 minutes before show time to receive in-theater service. Seating is individually chosen and reserved online or at the theater by CinéBistro’s concierge staff. The seven theaters will each accommodate from 70-100 guests.

The fully integrated entertainment complex includes a lounge and bar area where guests can choose to dine in the restaurant and full bar, see first-run movies or enjoy an in-theater meal and a movie. Theaters also are available for corporate and group rental.
The bar serves hand-crafted cocktails and an extensive wine list and is open to both theater goers and non-theater goers. The American Bistro menu has been developed and executed by local chef, Mark Davis and will feature appetizers to desserts, with an emphasis on high-quality, freshly prepared ingredients. Guests can choose from custom-blended burgers to prime beef, fresh seafood, and more. Traditional movie concession fare is also available.

Parking is available in the on-site parking deck located to the left of the ICON Residences. Complimentary parking validation is available for up to 6 hours with a same-day ticket purchase.
