Beginning Wednesday, January 7, and running monthly through May, Wegmans Hunt Valley is offering a lively line-up of chefs, including Sergio Vitale of Aldo’s and Chris Becker of the Bagby Restaurant Group. This is the ninth year in this series and each chef will present four recipes, teaching professional techniques and insider tricks as they go.
Classes are held on the first Wednesday of the month from 6:30 – 8:30pm upstairs in the Market Café. The cost is just $20 (a steal!) and includes demonstration and tastings of the four recipes, plus a gift bag to take home.
