You’d be right to get excited about this week’s announcement that R&B great Lauryn Hill is finally going on tour again to celebrate 20 years for “The Miseducation Of Lauryn Hill”–and with a star-studded lineup of openers at that. Sadly, she’s skipping right over Baltimore this summer, but it’s still news that her fans can celebrate.

Gear up for her big summertime tour tonight in Remington with an evening of dancing at The Movement Lab, situated above R. House. The Big Little Band & Friends will be covering the former Fugees frontwoman’s greatest hits for you to dance to without your shoes. Bar Clavel will be pouring drinks, and The Larder, a new food counter and grocery coming to Maryland Avenue in Old Goucher, will be serving small plates.

7-9 p.m., Movement Lab, 301 W. 29th Street, (443) 388-9191, themvmtlab.com/events, $15 for members, $20 general admission.
