We love Veep. So much so that we’ll forgive them for snarling up traffic on 83 North yesterday morning.
Reporters from both the Baltimore City Paper and ABC2 News noticed the major traffic backup on 83 yesterday.”There were maybe a dozen cars with police lights flashing, plus a couple of police motorcycles, and we feared there had been a major accident,” CP’s Evan Serpick wrote in a blog post. Fortunately, there was no accident in sight–just a fake campaign bus for Selina Mayer, aka Julia Louis-Dreyfus, aka Elaine Benes, leading a made-for-TV motorcade.
We’re more excited than ever for Season 4, even if it does mean a little more traffic on our morning commute. Let’s just hope they don’t need too many motorcade shots.
