Parents can take their children on a free trip around the world without leaving town on February 11.

Gilman School presents the 15th Annual Cultural Arts Festival, which promotes understanding, education, respect, and friendship by showcasing art, history, music, customs, performances, and foods of various cultures.
The event, celebrating the rich diversity within the Gilman community, is free and open to the public.

Parents and their children will learn first-hand about countries including Malaysia, Nigeria, India, Iran, Lebanon, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Nepal, Germany, Ireland, and more.

Many attendees come in the attire of their heritage. Exhibits include giveaways and hands-on activities for children. Performances include music, dance, storytelling and martial arts. An international buffet will offer samplings of favorite and exotic foods from around the world.
