This is the kind of community where flags adorn front porches, and neighbors decorate yards for the holidays.  You can walk to the senior art center, or stroll across the street to the community park with a large playground and tennis courts.  Friendly neighbors walk the streets, and there’s a great mix of old residents and new.  The schools are ranked well, and worth checking out.
