For the Baltimore curfew… Repeat violations will garner a written notice and warning for the first offense, a $50 fine or family counseling for a second offense and a fine of up to $500 or community service for the parent/guardian for a third offense. This is ok, it’s not going to much of a difference. The first offense should be paying up to a $500 fine and counseling depending of the crime. The second offense should be community service, that is to be served. The third offense should be weekends in jail for kids and parent/parents/guardians.
