Weekend

This weekend, there’s plenty of summer fun to be had both in town and out. You can take in days full of music or plates full of ziti. Head out to the country for some fresh summer air, or stay right here for outdoor dining courtesy of some of the region’s best food trucks.

All weekend long, you can take in Scape Scape— a music and performance festival that is taking over Station North with over 100 bands, jugglers, artists, hucksters, and more.

Between bands, take a break to head down to Little Italy for St. Anthony’s Festival. Grab a zeppoli or two and head right back to Station North for more great music.

Alternately, you can get your fill down at Patterson Park, where A Taste of 3 Cities is bringing together the best food trucks from DC, Philly, and of course, Baltimore. Come judge for yourself who’s got the tastiest wheels on the 95 corridor.

Clark’s Elioak Farm hosts gem mining for kids today and tomorrow, as well. It’s a great excuse to head out to Ellicott City for the day with the whole family. There’s (not exactly) gold in them hills!

And definitely don’t miss Great Grapes— a fantastic food and wine festival featuring hundreds of wines for tasting, along with food, art, kids activities, and live music to boot. Enjoy this great summer weekend!
