Portion of sales will be donated to the non-profit Ellicott City Partnership
Glyndon, MD, June 5, 2018 – Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners will be donating 10 cents per item cleaned during the week of June 17, 2018 to the Ellicott City Partnership to assist with their Flood Relief efforts.
“We are a small business and can relate to the contradictory feelings of loss and hope that Ellicott City’s small business owners are struggling with,” said Mike Garman, company President. “Our objective in donating a portion of sales from the week of June 17 is to provide a small contribution towards strengthening their feelings of hope. As the Tanzanian proverb says, ‘Little by little, a little becomes a lot’.”
All items that are cleaned during the week of June 17, including area rugs, curtains, leathers, and gowns, will count towards the donation total. Anyone can call to arrange for free pick-up and delivery of items to be cleaned by calling 410-833-5200 or visiting Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners website at: glbcleaners.com.
