A franchise of Back Nine Golf, an indoor golf simulator concept, is coming to the Spring Garden building at 175 W. Ostend St. in South Baltimore.

Located a block from M&T Bank Stadium, Spring Garden is a Himmelrich-owned office and retail building that has undergone renovations in recent years and is home to M8 Beer.

Back Nine Golf will take over a 4,095 sq. ft. space on the Ostend St. side of the building, adjacent to Helping Hands.

Justin Martinelli and his sister-in-law Blair Boleyn are the franchise owners. The location will be Back Nine Golf’s first in Baltimore City.
