The Whit Harvey Group agents work as a team. In weekly meetings that all of the agents attend, current listings, properties that will soon be coming on the market, and buyers that they are working with are all discussed. They offer each other suggestions that will help both buyers and sellers, regardless of whether or not they are the listing agent. The members of the Whit Harvey Group are there to support each another and you, the client.

JL has a winning smile, sparkling eyes and an incredibly positive attitude. Because of her seemingly boundless energy, both buyers and sellers enjoy working with her. Since she joined the Whit Harvey Group in 2014 she has brought four properties to settlement, and is currently the agent or co-agent on four of the Whit Harvey Group listings soon to be closed in July.

She works hard for her sellers, going above and beyond what is required. Recently, I found JL in gardening shoes, shorts and hat, mulching the front garden of one of her listings so that so that it would look its best for the photos that were being taken that day.

For her buyers, JL works just as hard. She loves first-time homebuyers because, as she says, “It’s as if they are setting off on a great adventure, exploring new frontiers, and I want to be there through the process to keep them both calm and excited about the process. I will work with my buyers until we find just the right house and community.”

Often her buyers and sellers overlap. JL worked for four years with one couple that wanted to move from Baltimore County to Baltimore City. They had an extensive list of criteria for a new home, and they were willing to wait until they found exactly what they wanted. For four years JL kept them apprised of new listings as they came on the market, and because she has good relationships with other area Realtors, she found out about a property not yet on the Multiple List.
