On Saturday, June 21 channel your inner awesome as Harbor East hosts the second annual FIT+ (FIT plus)! Experience the latest in exercise, health and lifestyle from Harbor East fitness centers and athletic apparel retailers as The MAC (Maryland Athletic Club), City Sports, lululemon athletica and Under Armour Brand House host FREE fitness classes right on Aliceanna Street. Each 30 minute session will showcase a unique fitness offering, perfectly timed so that guests can sample multiple classes and discover their favorite way to sweat!

This is not your average health expo. FIT+ guests will enjoy live music throughout the day from Thrill and DJ J.Gray; healthy food, demos & samples from Whole Foods Market, Lebanese Taverna and Talara; as well as discounts, giveaways and more.
Get the kids in on the action at the FIT+ Kids Zone! Bring your little ones to burn off some energy with fitness-focused games, activities and crafts. The Kids’ Zone will feature a hula hoop workshops by Baltimore Hoop Love, “The Imagination Playground” building blocks, parkour lessons from Urban Evolution, face painting and much more!
FIT+ is completely free and open to the public. RSVP for FREE parking in Harbor East plus a FIT+ water bottle (kids will receive a FIT+ snack pack). The first 100 adult RSVPs to check-in at the event will receive a FIT+ gift bag with goodies from our participating merchants. The first 100 child RSVPs to check in will receive a FIT+ beach ball.
FIT+ at Harbor East benefits the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America, Maryland Chapter, working to cure Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and to improve the quality of life for children and adults affected by the diseases.
