It was a mere four months ago that the Huffington Post decided Baltimore was a great place to visit. I guess they felt as though people didn’t get the message, because they’re at it again, with a list of “10 reasons why Baltimore should be your next weekend getaway.”
While the article probably should’ve been titled “10 reasons why tourists love the Inner Harbor,” it’s still a perfectly pleasant piece of puff journalism, touting Baltimore’s walkability, Oriole pride, and the many beautiful boats parked in our waterways. There’s no mention of our cool new water wheel, or that funny smell that comes off the Harbor sometimes… but maybe they’re saving that for another article down the road.
