Closing arguments were delivered on August 27, in Baltimore City Circuit Court, in front of Judge Anthony Vittoria, for an attempted homicide and robbery on December 9, 2025, around 7:40 p.m. on the 3000 Block of Ridgewood Avenue. 

The victim allegedly told police he knew his attacker and wanted to kill him in retribution but his testimony in court was ambiguous.

The defendant, Delvon Bryant, age, 19, stands accused of attempted first-and-second-degree murder, first-degree assault, as well as a number of weapons charges for his alleged involvement in shooting  Desmond Wilson, 19.
