Former St. Bonaventure guard Jaylen Adams, who hopes to be selected in the NBA Draft June 18, told Glenn Clark Radio June 14 that he wants to become the next Baltimore product to make it in the NBA.

โ€œEverybody knows everybody in the city โ€” Iโ€™ll expand it past the city, in Maryland,โ€ Adams said. โ€œItโ€™s just a basketball fraternity. I feel like everybody knows everybody. Everybody kind of shows support for everybody when somebody can make it because, like I said, thereโ€™s a lot of people who donโ€™t. I definitely look forward to being a part of that list of names that did make it. And Iโ€™m prepared for any route I got to take to get there. โ€œ
Adams, 22, has had workouts with the Los Angeles Lakers, Charlotte Hornets, Indiana Pacers, Brooklyn Nets, Detroit Pistons, Phoenix Suns and Washington Wizards. He said he felt good about his workout in Washington and heโ€™d enjoy playing closer to home where his friends and family could regularly watch him play.
