It seems Baltimoreโ€™s two noted billionaires are only getting richer. In this yearโ€™s Forbes 400, Under Armour founder Kevin Plank and Ravnes owner Steve Bisciotti moved up the ranks of the ultra rich.

Itโ€™s not enough to just be a billionaire to get on the list. Now, you have to have $1.7 billion.

Plank, who made a bold billionaire move of buying a whole neighborhood with his own personal money this year, is listed as having a net worth of $3.9 billion. Thatโ€™s good for #145 on the list, up 45 spots from last year. Weโ€™ll also toss out there that Plank is a young 43 years old.

Bisciottiโ€™s upgrades have been limited to M&T Bank Stadium, but heโ€™s also making more money. The former Allegis Group CEO sits at #203 on the list. Thatโ€™s about a 30-spot gain.
