It seems Baltimore’s two noted billionaires are only getting richer. In this year’s Forbes 400, Under Armour founder Kevin Plank and Ravnes owner Steve Bisciotti moved up the ranks of the ultra rich.
It’s not enough to just be a billionaire to get on the list. Now, you have to have $1.7 billion.
Plank, who made a bold billionaire move of buying a whole neighborhood with his own personal money this year, is listed as having a net worth of $3.9 billion. That’s good for #145 on the list, up 45 spots from last year. We’ll also toss out there that Plank is a young 43 years old.
Bisciotti’s upgrades have been limited to M&T Bank Stadium, but he’s also making more money. The former Allegis Group CEO sits at #203 on the list. That’s about a 30-spot gain.
