Actor Kevin Spacey’s former home on Baltimore’s waterfront is on the market for $5.999 million.
The five-story, 9,069-square-foot luxury residence at 622 Point Villas North has been listed by Compass DMV, with Sam Sheibani as the listing agent.

Built in 2006, the home sits at the end of a pier overlooking Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, part of the Pier Homes at Harborview gated community off Key Highway in south Baltimore. Spacey, born Kevin Spacey Fowler, moved in when he was filming the “House of Cards” television series in and around the city and lived there until last year.
According to public records, the property was sold in 2017 for $5.65 million to a limited liability company, Clear Toaster LLC. At the time, it was one of the most expensive homes ever sold in the Inner Harbor. After the sale, Spacey’s manager Evan Lowenstein said he was behind Clear Toaster, but Spacey lived in it and has listed it in court records as his address.
In an interview with Piers Morgan last year, Spacey said it “has been my home and Evan and Lucie’s [Lowenstein’s] home since 2016.” Spacey was forced to vacate the premises after a Baltimore Circuit Court judge ruled that the mortgage on the property was in default and ordered a foreclosure sale.
Two-time Academy Award winner

Spacey, 65, has won two Academy Awards – Best Actor in a Leading Role for “American Beauty” in 2000 and Best Actor in a Supporting Role for “The Usual Suspects” in 1996. He has also won a Tony Award, a Golden Globe Award, four Screen Actors Guild Awards, two Laurence Olivier Awards and a British Academy Film Award. He was nominated for a Grammy Award and 12 Primetime Emmy Awards.
The actor began experiencing financial difficulties after he was accused of sexual misconduct in the U. S. and Great Britain and dropped from the “House of Cards” cast in 2017. Spacey denied the allegations and has never been convicted of any crimes, but the charges made it difficult for him to find work as an actor. Last year he told interviewer Piers Morgan that he was millions of dollars in debt.
“I can’t pay the bills that I owe,” he told Morgan after the house was put up for auction. “I still owe a lot of legal bills…It’s considerable, many millions. That house itself is many millions.”

‘The Icon of Baltimore’
The seller of the Baltimore pier home is Sam Asgari, a biomedical engineer-turned real estate developer and investor who purchased the property at auction last July for $3.24 million.
“Spanning over 9,000 square feet, this one-of-a-kind property, named the Icon of Baltimore, offers privacy, prestige and uninterrupted panoramic views, with the historic Domino Sugar[s] sign serving as a centerpiece in the Baltimore skyline,” said Ilana Hill, an account executive with Levy Public Relations, which is helping Sheibani and Asgari market the property.

“Anchored at the end of the pier, this estate is a singular expression of distinction — crafted for those who accept nothing short of perfection,” Compass’ listing states. “Its five meticulously designed levels encompass six bedrooms, seven full baths, and three half baths, blending opulent design with state-of-the-art modernity. Every detail has been curated for luxury living: a private elevator, spa-grade sauna, custom home theater, and multiple sprawling verandas that frame the Inner Harbor’s breathtaking vistas.
The “crown jewel,” the listing states, is “a spectacular rooftop terrace offering 360-degree, unobstructed waterfront views — a rare, elevated sanctuary for sunset cocktails or starlit soirées. A four-car garage accommodates any collector’s fleet, while every inch of the home reflects the craftsmanship of the highest order, with bespoke finishes that elevate it to a league of its own.”
Located within walking distance of Federal Hill, Locust Point and the Inner Harbor tourist district, the Harborview community offers “resort-style amenities,” including a 24-hour front desk, 24-hour security, a health club, pools, spa, conference rooms and a private dog park, the listing states. “Every facet of this waterfront lifestyle has been designed with exclusivity and sophistication in mind. The time to seize this crown jewel of the Baltimore waterfront is now.”

Ed this piece on Spacey was really great.
