Three llamas escaped from their home in Baltimore County this morning, sending local police on a (forgive me) wild llama chase.
Fortunately, as WJZ reports, everything turned out okay–the llamas didn’t get far, and were safely returned home before they caused too much of a ruckus. In other words, it was a much happier ending than the time a herd of buffalos tramped through Pikesville, or the peahen who scampered through Annapolis, or the loose bull that galloped through downtown Baltimore for an hour before being shot by police.
The moral of the story is: Keep control of your animals, Baltimore!
