Nino Mangione is hoping to get elected to the Baltimore County Council in November for a four year term.
But on Monday night Mangione, a Republican and staunch supporter of President Trump, joined the council six months earlier than that.
Mangione was sworn in by Clerk of the Court Julie Ensor to finish Wade Kach’s term following his resignation in May. His term will end in December.
