Since brisker weather is on the horizon, many Marylanders autumn-atically turn their thoughts to spending more cozy time indoors. Just in time to help, the Maryland Fall Home and Garden and Craft Show will be at the Timonium Fairgrounds Cow Palace from Oct. 17โ19.
The three-day showcase helps anyone who needs inspiration getting ready for cold weather living, a home project, or holiday gifting and entertaining. There will be around 300 exhibitors and home improvement experts on hand with the latest products for indoor and outdoor spaces. People looking for gifts have more than 100 crafters from whom to choose.

HGTV celebrities Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt will share their secrets and tips for home renovations on Friday and Saturday. They host the show โ100 Day Dream Home,โ helping clients create their ideal house from scratch in less than three months. They will be on the Main Stage with a lot of wisdom and stories to share about the design, building, and decorating process.
Attendees can visit Tiny Living Square, where they can walk through the most creative small spaces, including a fully furnished tiny house, a “she shed,” a Ravens-themed “man cave,” and a tiki bar. At the other end of the size spectrum is the Outdoor Oasis, where top local designers will have turned their ideas into inspiration for creating a beautiful, relaxing extension of the home.
People of all ages will find something to enjoy, with live animals in the Petting Zoo, activities making crafts, โPet a Petโ with the SPCA, and golf club testing with Golf Galaxy. Habitat ReStore will be there offering great ideas at DIY demonstrations for home designers of every level.
Of course, there will be gourmet food vendors. More than three dozen exhibitors, many local, will be offering everything from pickles to popcorn, seasonings to sauces, and cheeses to chocolates.
Ticket prices vary, depending on age and how and when they are purchased, but discounts abound. Seniors and adults save $2 when they purchase tickets online. On Friday and Saturday, tickets are $4 after 4 p.m. at the box office only. Buy a four-pack of tickets online and only pay for the price of three.
